Catering Menu
From finger foods to a hand-carved prime rib dinner there is something for every event on the menu. Meals are served as a buffet unless plated and served is specially requested. Outside catering is not allowed but menu customizations are welcomed when given the appropriate time and budget. Exceptions are made for specialty items such as cakes, cupcakes and custom cookies.
Bar Services
Bring the bar to your event with a Porta Bar featuring a modest selection of domestic beers, house wines and top-shelf liquor. Bars can be No-Host/Cash Bar, Hosted/Open Bar or a combination of each. For dry events, a Mocktail Bar can be organized with a maximum of 5 signature drinks.
