I watched with enthusiasm the building of the Holiday Inn & Suites and Suites in Idaho Falls. I had a client who wanted to hold a conference in Idaho Falls but had not found a facility that could accommodate their needs. On my first tour after they opened, I was impressed with the layout of the facility. It is very inviting and conducive to small and large gatherings. While brick and mortar is important to the success of an event the real success is what happens to the guest from the time they check in till they check out.

I have found the staff to be amazing. They carry a spirit of cooperation and professionalism. I was engaged with them during the time of navigating COVID and I would give them very high marks for their procedures and protocols.

Their food has been exceptional and a wide variety. I have had many compliments about their creative dessert selection. I wish I had the facility, staff and food service in every major city in Idaho that I have found at this facility in Idaho Falls. It would make me a very popular person with all of our clients. I do not think anyone would be disappointed to schedule any event, large or small at this facility and to work with this amazing staff of people.

I would highly recommend the catering and conference room services at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Idaho Falls. Our City Council and staff chose to book our annual Christmas Dinner at the Holiday Inn & Suites in 2021 and were very pleased. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. The room was very clean and had a great A/V system to display our year-end slideshow. The employees were very accommodating and helpful from the planning phase to the clean up. We look forward to using their services again in the future.

This past October, our Cal Poly Football Team had the wonderful opportunity to stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites and Suites Idaho Falls. Aspen and the hotel staff greeted us so kindly and walked us through a tour of the Conference Center. Our meeting rooms and banquet room were the perfect size. Bobby was a huge help in ensuring all AV Setup was taken care of and that our meals were out promptly and attended to. Our team was so appreciative of all the kindness we received. The Halloween decor in the lobby was a fun touch to our stay, including a hotel representative walking around with a bowl of candy.  We recommend this hotel without a doubt, for all future events and teams traveling this way.
