Endless Possibilities with 5,000 sq ft of Space
The Grand Teton Ballroom can be one large room, split in half, or into 3 separate rooms. Each room has its own entrance, audio-visual and air-wall door to the other spaces.
The Pre-Function is perfect for a registration area, cocktail hour or the buffet line and the Events Patio serves as the perfect overflow year-round with the firepit and heaters.

Audio-Visual
We invested in the best system possible to allow for a large crystal-clear picture and perfect sound. The dual drop-down screens can simultaneously play the same presentation or video giving everyone in the room a great view. When the airwalls are out the sound system can be separated to play in the desired room(s). A free-standing, 50-inch SmartBoard is available and can be added to any room.
Pre-Function Space
Closed off from the hotel lobby and before entering the ballroom is the large L-shaped Pre-Function space. Perfect for a pre-dinner reception, registration tables, auction tables, buffet lines and so much more.
Outdoor Courtyard
Off the pre-function sits a quiet and secluded outdoor seating area with a long fireplace. This space can be sectioned off for a private event or left as overflow to mix and mingle. During the cooler months, portable heaters can be added for a small fee. Please, no roasting marshmallows.
